benfitted from what we did in 2016. We did something different and decided to split the charity proceeds between a number charities. Shepshed Toy Library was one of our main receipients with a cheque for £1500 – This was a fantastic resource for local parents and carers to hire children’s toys. STEPS also received a cheque for £1500 and is a charity that provides conductive education for children with motor disabilities.
We also donated £500 each to the following chairites: Shepshed Food Bank, Bloodwise (now Blood Cancer UK), Peter Le Marchant Trust, The Air Ambulance, LOROS and the Shepshed Volunteer Centre.
We managed to raise a whopping £3400!!!! Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen.
